All of our suites are in the form of 520 square feet apartments.
1 two bedroom suites with one queen bed in one bedroom and two singles in the other, a full kitchen and a separate a good sized dining and sitting room (non smoking )
11 two bedroom suites with one queen bed in each bedroom, a full kitchen at one end of a good sized sitting room (6 non smoking + 5 smoking)
7 two bedroom suites with one queen or double bed in one bedroom and two singles in the other, a full kitchen at one end of a good sized sitting room (6 non smoking + 5 smoking).
1 one bedroom suite with one queen bed in the bedroom, a separate full kitchen/ dining room and a separate a good sized sitting room with a single bed at one end (non smoking)
2 two bedroom suites with one queen/double bed in each bedroom and good sized sitting room (1 non smoking + 1 smoking).
4 two bedroom suites with a double bed in one bedroom, two singles in the other and an additional double bed at one end of the living room. (3 non-smoking 1 smoking)

We provide a 10% discount for seniors for
their share of the room bill
Additional guests $5.00 per night.
Children under 12 free if an adult accompanies each child.
The number of guests in each suite is restricted to 4 for a suite with a kitchen and either 4 or 6 in the suites without a kitchen according to the number of beds.
Pet Policy
Generally, we do not make any claims to be pet friendly, but we do allow guests to bring their pets into certain rooms provided:
- We are notified both at the time of booking and at check in.
- Pets must be well behaved and well supervised at all times
- Pets are not left in the rooms unattended at any time
- Owners are responsible for any damages
- Owners must comply with the local bye laws that require dogs to be on a leash at all times and owners to clear up after their pets.
Keep in mind Barkerville Historic Townsite does not allow pets within the site. Pets must be left in the owner’s car in the car park. There are no kennel facilities in Wells and area.
*Prior to 01 July 2010: 5% GST + 8% room tax + 2% additional room tax (total 15%.)
Post 01 July 2010: 12% HST + 2% additional room tax (total 14%)
